Mr. Pintner has a degree in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. At EVLG, he handles the preparation of patent applications as well as prosecution and IP counseling and advice on IP strategy for startup clients.

At IBM, he served as Senior Attorney of IP Law and worked primarily in high tech areas including computer multiprocessing, data mining, database systems, internet applications, and more. While at Agilent, Mr. Pintner served as Corporate Counsel in Legal Department of Intellectual Property Practice Group. He developed the overall business strategy for using software in products and services, and prepared and prosecuted patent applications. He has also served as lead in-house counsel for patent infringement litigation. Mr. Pintner has extensive experience in:
