A Spirit of Dialogue in Action
At Davos 2026, conversations about responsible leadership and global cooperation aren’t just happening on center stage—they’re being shaped in spaces like the WIN Lounge, a global platform hosted by the Women Inspiring Network. This year, I’m honored to be invited to speak at the WIN Lounge on “Future of Capital: Funding inclusive innovation and purpose-led ventures,” on January 22, at the WIN Lounge.
The invitation is personal, but the purpose is shared: creating space for women’s voices in governance, innovation, and global decision-making. As someone who works at the intersection of law, business, and public interest, I’ve seen firsthand how women’s leadership can transform not just organizations, but entire sectors—especially when we’re included from the start.
About Women Inspiring Network
Founded in India, the Women Inspiring Network (WIN) is a global story-sharing and leadership platform amplifying the voices of women across industries, regions, and generations. Through events, dialogues, and community partnerships, WIN creates visibility for women shaping the future—whether in business, policy, education, sustainability, or emerging technology.
The WIN Lounge at Davos is one of the network’s flagship activations, bringing together global leaders to spotlight stories, strategies, and insights from women who are actively shaping international priorities. It’s not a side event—it’s a lens through which we reframe the entire week.
Where Law Meets Global Leadership
My contribution to the WIN Lounge focuses on the evolving responsibilities of legal leaders in a world shaped by rapid innovation and fragmented governance. Through my firm, Evergreen Valley Law Group, I advise startups and multinational clients on how to scale responsibly, protect their innovation, and navigate the complex web of regulations that govern today’s digital economy.
At a time when new technologies are outpacing old frameworks, legal strategy is no longer just about compliance. It’s about designing resilient systems that support growth, transparency, and global collaboration. And in this moment, women’s voices—especially at the intersection of law and policy—are needed more than ever.
Bringing the Private Sector to the Global Table
My work often bridges private enterprise and public impact. Whether it’s advising companies on AI governance, IP risk, or international expansion, I help translate regulatory complexity into actionable growth strategies. But beyond the technical, I also advocate for a broader view of leadership—one that prioritizes long-term value, equity, and trust.
Participating in the WIN Lounge aligns with this view. It’s a space where private-sector voices can contribute to shared global concerns—from responsible AI to climate adaptation to inclusive innovation—and do so with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
A Broader Commitment to Women in Leadership
Beyond my legal and board advisory work, I’m deeply committed to mentorship, capital access, and representation for women across industries. Whether helping founders refine their IP strategy or advising venture funds on diligence, I aim to build more equitable systems—ones that fund, protect, and celebrate women's innovation.
The WIN Lounge is more than just a Davos engagement. It’s a reminder that we can help design the architecture—not just wait for an invitation to come in.
Let’s Keep the Dialogue Going
If you’re attending Davos, I hope you’ll stop by the WIN Lounge. And even if you’re not, I invite you to join the conversation about how law, leadership, and global ethics must evolve together.
Women are not just inspiring stories—we’re strategic partners in shaping what’s next.
