Kanika Radhakrishnan
Founder and Managing Shareholder-EVLG, Principal Partner-
Epiphany IP Solutions (India)
Ms. Radhakrishnan is the Founder and Managing Shareholder of Evergreen Valley Law Group
(EVLG,) a full service IP law firm with offices in the Silicon Valley, US and Bangalore, India. She
founded EVLG in 2004. Ms. Radhakrishnan has extensive experience working as a patent prosecutor,
litigator and mediator in the US and India. She is a licensed US Patent Attorney and also registered to
practice by the State Bar of California. Her representative clients have included marquee names such
as Philips, Samsung, Texas Instruments, Oracle, Adobe and Yahoo and has obtained over 5000
patents for her clients.
Since July 2024, Ms. Radhakrishnan is empaneled as Professor Chair (IP) under Department of Law
(Commerce and Management), Faculty of Law, Manipal University Jaipur in India.
In the past, she has worked with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva to
design a Patent Agent Training curriculum to train Patent Agents in developing countries.
Ms. Radhakrishnan is the Past Co-Chair of TiE Women Global (www.#ewomen.org) TiE is a
non-profit with 55+chapters around the world and its charter is to foster entrepreneurship through
mentorship, networking, education, funding and incubation. She has also served on the Governing
Board member of TiE Bangalore. She is an Angel Investor and has served as Fund Manager of TiE
SoCal Angels Women’s Fund.
She has served on the boards of numerous non-profits in the Bay Area including the South Asian Bar
Association-Northern California (SAB-NC.) She was Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Committee of SABA-
NC. She also served on the Board of Narika, a non-profit in Oakland, CA that works with survivors of
domestic violence.
She received her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Delhi in
India. She also holds LLM’s from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts and the
University of Warwick in England.
Liz Oliner
Of Counsel
Liz Oliner specializes in navigating the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has helped
hundreds of small businesses and entrepreneurs register federal trademarks and protect their
brands in the US and internationally.
Liz has a B.A. in English literature from Yale University and a J.D. from Yeshiva University’s
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in California, New York and
the District of Columbia. Liz was ranked in the top 50 trademark US lawyers of 2021 and 2022
by Patexia. She has been named a rising star attorney by Super Lawyers in California for
several years. Along with her trademark work, Liz also helps draft and respond to cease and desist
letters, social media take-down notices and DMCA take-down notices. She also has experience with
copyright law, Internet terms of service and privacy policies, as well with general contract
negotiation for small businesses and start-ups.
A native New Yorker, Liz represents startup and small business clients across the country. While
in law school, she interned in the intellectual property/trademark department at Estee Lauder.
She also had done trademark enforcement work for Jack Daniel's.
Liz enjoys meeting clients from all different industries and particularly enjoys working with
emerging companies, technology start-ups and social media companies. Her husband previously
co-founded a social media startup, Storify, and their wedding was featured as a “social media”
event in various press outlets.
Before becoming a lawyer, Liz worked both in commercial real estate and as a journalist at CBS
News, where she participated in research and investigations for news stories on the CBS Early
Show and 48 Hours Investigates.
Tess Brown

Seth W. Wiener is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who focuses his practice with Evergreen
Valley Law Group in the area of civil litigation. Seth has handled and successfully resolved a myriad
of federal and state litigations and alternative dispute resolution construction, employment, family law,
fraud, insurance, intellectual property, personal injury, product liability, real estate, tort, and unfair
competition claims.
Mr. Wiener has worked as a commercial litigator at several prominent Bay Area law firms, including,
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP. In the
past ten years, Mr. Wiener has successfully tried more than twenty cases to verdict. Mr. Wiener
received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with First Class Honors from McGill University
in Montreal, Canada, in May 1996. While at McGill University, Mr. Wiener tutored learning-disabled
children and counseled outpatient schizophrenics. Mr. Wiener was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at
Columbia University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate, and served as a Writing
& Research Editor on the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.
Mr. Wiener was admitted to the California State Bar on December 6, 1999, and is admitted to practice
before all California state and federal courts.
